Patrick Enderson (Founder, Chairman, President/CEO) Mr. Enderson is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience developing and implementing start up businesses in a wide range of markets. He is an inventor and serial entrepreneur who currently holds both patent pending and R&D stage intellectual property assets ranging from mobile water treatment and portable communications center technologies to an interchangeable sandal (footwear) design. Mr. Enderson was a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Navy, where he graduated second in his class at the Center for Information Dominance (CID) and was honorably discharged in 1988. Mr. Enderson attended the University of Maryland in 1992 where his core concentration was business management. Mr. Enderson is an active volunteer with 3 well known local and nationally recognized foundations and non-profits. Including: NAMI (Arlington, VA), Family Services, Inc. (Gaithersburg, MD) and Stargazer Foundation (Fairfax, VA) Marilyn Mallwitz (Senior VP of Business Development) Ms. Mallwitz has more than 30 years experience in developing and managing high-tech domestic and international programs related to workforce planning, personnel utilization, strategic planning, training, financial and statistical analysis, resource analysis and management, and business process reengineering (BPR). Ms. Mallwitz was a Sr. Vice President of a small company in which she was instrumental in growing the organization from 85 employees in 2003 to more than 600 employees in 2004 by writing the winning proposal for a $400,000,000 BPA with the Citizenship and Immigration Service of the Department of Homeland Security. She serves on the Board of Advisors of the American Small Business Coalition and Catapult Consultants, LLC. Earlier, she was an Asst VP and Deputy Div. Mgr. of a 75-80 person division of a major Fortune 500 company, and was a member of the team that developed the Exploitation Process Reengineering Study that received the Hammer Award. Some of her earlier project taskings included serving as a member of the team that completed the Performance Audit of the State of North Carolina Government where she was heavily involved in analysis of the procurement, information, and personnel systems. Ms. Mallwitz is a former GM-15 and trained COTR with extensive knowledge of the FAR, ITAR, AECA and other government contracting regulations. |
